As the world shrinks because of globalization, people become ever more important.  In our society, where globalization and individuality merge, we facilitate open communication between people.  

 

In business we have 3 resources: Human, Material, and Wealth.  If you have a straightforward, profitable business plan, banks will easily provide funds you need.  So, it is a rather straightforward method to acquire Material and Wealth.  However, the Human factor requires more.  It is a matter of education and proper moral standards.  If you want a loyal and reliable workforce, you must expend time as well as Material and Wealth.  However, each business is unique and requires its specific ratio of resources (Human, Material, and Wealth) to be profitable.   

 

Business relationships can be categorized into three main types.  Interpersonal, Client-to-Business and Business-to-Business.  As with all interpersonal relationships, business relationships require Communication Skills.  Each of these three categories has its unique challenge.  For example: Businesses must foster and cultivate communication with individuals. This is why Communication Skills are critical for a successful business plan.
